I am currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical

          and Computer Engineering at Faculty of Sciences and Technology - Univ.

          Nova de Lisboa and researcher at IT-Instituto de Telecomunicações.

          Here you can find some of my last publications, past and current research

          My research interests lie in the following areas:

          - mobile and unstructured networks 

            (MANETs, meshed networks, sensor networks)

          - resource discovery algorithms for mobile and unstructured networks

          - unstructured mobile networks modeling

          From 2000 to 2001 he was a Graduate Research Assistant with Uninova,          

          Lisbon, and from 2001 to 2003 he held the same position with ISR -          

          Institute for Systems and Robotics.

          From 2003 to 2009 he was a Teaching Assistant with the Department of            

          Electrical Engineering, Universidade Nova de Lisboa.           

          For the period October-2007 to March-2008 he was a Visiting Researcher

          in the Department of Computer Engineering and Communications,

          University of Thessaly, Greece, being hosted by Professor Leandros Tassiulas.

          During the 2011 fall semester he was a Visiting Scholar at the Electrical and          

          Computer Engineering Department, at Carnegie Mellon, University, Pittsburgh,

          U.S. Rodolfo is an ACM Member, IEEE Senior Member and Member of the

          Portuguese Engineers Association (Ordem dos Engenheiros - Membro Efetivo).
